2 million 705 thousand 175 real estate sale transactions
In the January-October period covering the first ten months of this year, 2 million 705 thousand 175 properties were sold across the country. 31 billion 374 million 314 thousand 564 liras of title deed fee income was obtained from these transactions .
Million 138 thousand 848 housing transactions, 468 thousand 904 lands, 771 thousand 429 fields, 122 thousand 273 workplaces and the rest selling other real estate.
Top 6 cities in real estate sales
Among the provinces with the highest number of sales deals, Istanbul ranked first with 329,57 sales. It is followed by Ankara with 169,965, Izmir with 137,213, Antalya with 103,761, Bursa with 97,846, and Konya with 82,698.
