OpenAI threatens to suspend the account of the owner of “Tik Tok” on ChatGPT

OpenAI threatened to suspend the account of the Chinese company "Byte Dance", which owns the "Tik Tok" application, against the backdrop of a report accusing it of using the American company's models and services to train and develop a strong competitor to the artificial intelligence platform ChatGPT .  

The company said that the “Byte Dance” account’s license to use the software interfaces only allows it to use a small amount of data, explaining that it is currently examining and auditing the nature of the Chinese company’s uses based on that small data, pointing out that if violations are proven, the company will be required to By correcting its practices, or stopping its account permanently, in a statement published by “The Verg” website .
