Construction work on the project, which is located next to Küçükyalı Metro Station, will start in June 2017. The Nidapark Küçükyalı project aims to be completed in 3 years.
625 residences and 168 offices of Nidapark Küçükyalı Kınalı, Nidapark Küçükyalı Sedef and Nidapark Küçükyalı Burgaz phases included in the project are for sale in advance with the Emlak Konut GYO campaign. Other phases of the project were also offered for sale, which were in high demand. 4 + 1 apartments in Sedef and Kınalı phases were sold in Nidapark Küçükyalı.
What happened at the auction?
The second session of the tender for the “Revenue Sharing Project for Land Sale in Istanbul Maltepe Küçükyalı” of Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş was held. On June 8, 2016. Tahincioğlu Gayrimenkul İnşaat ve Turizm AŞ, Tahincioğlu Küçükyalı İnşaat ve Turizm AŞ and Kozken İnşaat Taahhüt ve Turizm AŞ made the highest bid in the bid with a value of 3 billion 635 million 715 thousand liras. The said partnership made the highest bid for the company's share total revenue against land sales in the amount of 1 billion 527 million TL. After the tender, Tahincioğlu Gayrimenkul made the following statement: “3 of the lands within the scope of the bid will be constructed as commercial residence areas, the other as primary school, place of worship, square and garden. The total land area of 7 plots is 114 thousand 239 square meters. As Tahincioğlu We are planning our project in this region. We will implement it as befits Maltepe Küçükyali.”
