It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change will start from Istanbul as a pioneer in order to carry out effective supervision of buildings. Minister Corum explained that an important arrangement was made in the building inspection system in line with the requests received, and that Istanbul was chosen as a pilot area, and said:

Building inspection service by lottery system

"We will start in Istanbul as a pilot program so that building inspections can be done more effectively. We divide building control into two separate parts. Building inspection companies on the Anatolian and European sides will provide services based on their centers. In other words, building inspection companies on the Anatolian side will provide building inspection services to our citizens from the Anatolian side, and those on the European side, with a lottery system.

In this way, we will be able to move to more efficient construction sites closer to their construction and enable them to continue production on construction sites. We hope as of next week to implement our request whose feedback we have received. We will also allow building inspection personnel and citizens to do business under better conditions here. We will implement these services effectively with our municipalities in every corner of Istanbul.
