Ofir Falk added to the American network on Monday that "Israel's shooting at the Indonesian hospital in northern Gaza was proportionate ."

He added that the army is committed to "international law, proportionality and discrimination, and there is a clear military necessity to eliminate Hamas, and this is precisely what we are doing." Israel will not cooperate with the ICC .”

Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Lior Ben Dor announced that Israel will not cooperate with the International Criminal Court. Ben Dor said: “We do not trust investigative committees, as they come with an agenda that is known in advance and we know before the investigation begins what its conclusions will be. We have experience after the 2009 war on Gaza when the Goldstone Fact-Finding Committee was formed by the United Nations Human Rights Council, and we did not recognize its report, and therefore Our position is known. We will not cooperate with the International Criminal Court. We defend the rights of our citizens and fight terrorism. No, we will not cooperate with the International Criminal Court .”

He added: "I know that the number of victims is 12,000 or more, but the mission of Israel and its army is to protect its citizens who have been killed and raped, and the responsibility of protecting the Palestinians in Gaza is the responsibility of the authority there, and Hamas and the organizations are protecting themselves in fortified underground tunnels ."
