In the same period, sales prices of used homes per square meter were 3.10% in Adana. 2.52 percent in Izmir; 2.34 percent in Istanbul; 2.23 percent in Bursa; 2.15 percent in Ankara; It rose by 1.08% in Kocaeli.

In June, Adana was the province with the highest increase in residential rents per square meter, with an increase of 3.24 percent. In the same period, the value of housing rents was 2.68 percent in Antalya; 2.67 percent in Izmir; 2.59% in Kocaeli; 2.58 percent in Ankara; 1.79 percent in Istanbul; On the stock exchange, it rose 1.47%.

In June, the index was 0.99 percent in 51-75 square meters of homes compared to the previous month. 1.02% in dwellings of 76-100 square meters; 1.13 percent in dwellings of 101-125 square meters; 1.09 percent in dwellings of 126-150 square meters; It increased by 1.11% in dwellings of 151 square meters or more.

While assessing the July results, GYODER President Işık Gökkaya said: “This situation indicates that the price hike in new homes may continue in the coming period. On the other hand, when we separate the July results of the New Home Price Index, the increase in the index is 0.90 percent in 1+1 flat type; 1.03 percent in the 2+1 flat type; we must say this was achieved at a rate of 1.17 percent in the 3+1 flat type and 1.55 percent in the 4+1 flat type.
